Cloud thought his face would be red forever as his roommates laughed. He knew Zack had been working with Sephiroth to help the man understand some of the day-to-day customs he’d missed out due to his lack of social skills thanks to Hojo, but this was too much.
The concept of most holidays went right over the general’s head and Valentine’s Day was no exception. However, if the amount of balloons declaring love, candy boxes in the shape of hearts, and ribbon-covered gifts outside his quarters was any indication, Zack had at least gotten the gift part across to him.
