I wonder if Roy has any idea what he does to me.
I wonder if he has any clue how that smile of his makes my stomach knot as the look in those dark eyes unravels my resolve.
He’s standing in front of his team giving one of his infamous pep talks and even Edward seems enthralled with what he’s saying. Me, I don’t hear a damn word he’s saying, my focus is locked on the way his lips are moving.
I wonder if he has any idea what he does to me, and if he does, does he care.

The drabble is right in front of me, about Maes watching Roy as he gives his team one of his infamous pep talks, watching as even Edward seems enthralled with what Roy’s saying, while Maes’ secret feelings for his best friend tear him apart. Me, I wouldn’t hear a damn word he was saying either, my focus locked on the way her story is unfolding.
