Al looked so nervous Ed had to fight not to chuckle. He knew what was weighing on his brother’s mind. If it wasn’t so damn amusing to watch him squirm he’d tell Al to chill out because all was well.
However, the evil older sibling in him couldn’t help but remain silent as he watched his little brother sip on a beer that had to be warm as he worked up the nerve to speak.
When he finally did ask him to be his best man Ed agreed with a smile.
Al and Winry would be good for each other.

Not only was he about to marry the woman of his dreams he was about to do so as she wore his mothers wedding dress. Riza had to love him because even as beautiful as his mother was that dress was a monstrosity that was only made tolerable by the women that wore it.
It took a special kind of woman to wear a dress that heavy on a day as warm as this one. When the wedding march began to play Jean looked at the doorway and smiled.
