"Like a kicked puppy."

 

"Is that supposed to be some sort of humorous play on words?"

 

"If it will get that damn look off your face yeah."

 

"Go back to sleep Inuyasha."

 

"How can I with you looking like that?"

 

"Easily, simply close your eyes and return to your slumber."

 

"Oh come off it Ru, what's wrong?"

 

"Must you always be so crass Inuyasha?"

 

"Yes its part of my charm. Now spill it!"

 

"This…sensation, it is not so easy to put into words."

 

"Well just say what you feel."

 

"I dread the dawn."

 

"You what!"

 

"I dread the…"

 

"I heard you but I don't understand. You don't fear anything."

 

"That statement is now untrue, Inuyasha."

 

"But dawn? Most people think it brings good things."

 

"For me it takes away the one thing I want most."
