Summary: Sleep doesn’t’ bring pleasant things for Roy some nights.
Falling.
That’s the first thing Roy is aware of. When he can see, Roy realizes he’s barreling down a hillside headed for a ravine. He manages to grab onto a tree but as he looks up he see’s Russell and Ed sliding toward him.
He can only grab one of them.
It’s Russell this time and as Ed plunges into the abyss Roy awakens with a start.
Heart racing; scream lodged in his throat he has to force himself to look over because he’s always afraid one of them will be gone.
Fuck this.
He’d rather dream about the war.
