Summary/Other Info: Roy was not fond of Ling and Ling being fond of Ed was only making matters worse. 


Roy could have kicked the prince in his royal jewels.

It was amazing what lengths the man would go to in order to intrude on Roy’s time with Ed. He was so sick of the self absorbed little fuck just dropping out of nowhere, literally out of nowhere, and being right in his face he could spit. If that wasn’t bad enough, despite Ed’s obvious annoyance with Ling at times, Roy could see he was amused by the man’s antics.

Roy was not pleased by this fact in the slightest.

At first Roy thought he was misreading the situation and being paranoid, but he soon realized he was seeing things as clear as day. Ling was seriously interested in Ed and since Roy had no official claim on the blond, this made him an unhappy camper.

As he watched the Xingian prince interact with Ed his blood was coming to a slow rolling boil. The man was blatantly flirting with him during what should have been a private lunch with just the two of them. Roy was moments away from losing his cool when Ling made a critical error, and watching Ed shove his smirking face into a bowl of pasta had been worth all the misery Roy had endured.

Ling was fine in his flirting until he’d said that Ed had the beauty of a princess and would be treated as such if he came to Xing.

When dealing with Ed there were certain things you didn’t do. Calling Ed beautiful was one of those things and following that up by comparing his beauty to that of a woman’s was another. Roy, unlike Ling, knew it was not a wise thing to voice.

Regardless of how true both statements may be.
