Eeek. Not good. Sounds like malware. If you can get to this website (and run XP service pack 2 or higher, Vista, or Win 7) go to housecall.trendmicro.com and run a free system scan--I do tech support for networks for a living and Housecall rocks. You also might have file corruptions---you may have no choice but to reinstall windows from the disk---if you don't feel comfortable about reinstalling, you need to get it done by a pro. When in doubt, don't risk it.
