At exactly 5:21 the phone in my temporary office in East City rings and I know its Russell. He said his knowledge of plants has helped the farmers in Palm greatly and that they should be able to recover from the drought and plant blight.

I knew he could fix it.

Ed calls my hotel room late after Winry and Pinako are in bed. He’s nearly done helping his hometown rebuild following a severe storm.

One Ed is equal to a dozen men.

Duty has called us all but I can’t wait until it’s over.

Phone calls just aren’t the same.
