I'm impressed by how your characters are maturing as you write. Your sentences hold more weight behind them now and the conversation has been good. I like Riza and Roy's conversation here about how Roy has been denying himself for Ed's sake; that's so true! It must mean something indeed for Roy to do that, Ed means so much to him already.
Can't say I like Winry right now, of course. Poor girl. And poor Ed.
Lastly, oh I just had to mention this: Leer may be listed in the dictionary as synonymous to Smirk or Grin, but really it has a sexual connotation to it. I really don’t think Ed could leer at his brother of that would mean something else entirely.
