Weight Loss Plan - Day Nine Official Weigh-in

TGIF EVERYONE!! 

Official weigh in at the PWLC last night had me at 184.8 that's down from 190.8 for a loss of six pounds on the nose! My co-worker lost 7.2lbs! 

That's a damn good showing for the first week! I know the weight-loss won't stay this rapid but man it was nice to see such a difference. It made for excellent motivation! 

Anywho, I hope to get some fiction posted in this journal tonight if life allows. Have a kick ass day everyone!

AMEN!! LOL it does and control is something I feel like I have little of over my life these days... it is nice to have some back ^_^

It's amazing how much food inflences everything else. When you watch that, so much falls into place! You can only control yourself. May as well have as much of that as possible :)

I'm okay. Enjoying summer break. My oldest son finally get a job today. Yay!
