Workout Number Two
Ok workout two went wonderful. Warmed up on the stepper/eliptical thing a a bob then did a full circuit of weightlifting using nearly all the machines. Three reps of 8, 10 or 12 on each machine followed by cycling a mile as a cool down. Arms are a little achy this morning so is the problematic ankle of mine but other than that I fell great! (which is a shock considering mother nature decided to show up last night...lol)
I hope to get back to the gym on Saturday for a thre day workout week but shall listen to my body and see if its up to it!
