“But Kagome, I promise I didn’t take anything out of your little red bag.”

“Don’t worry about it Shippou. I know how much you like the candy from my time,” Kagome said as she patted the little fox on the head.

Shippou pouted but settled down by the fire despite his discontent.

As night fell over the encampment only two parties, remained awake one was gathering firewood for the night and the other was bounding through treetops to find her.

When Sango knelt to pick up a few more twigs a small box, containing heart-shaped candies, landed at her feet.
