Random News: Festering Fridge Hospitalises Seven People

Ok all here we go again. I wonder how in the hell this fridge got to this point without anyone noticing but....oh well I suppose it's best that we don't know.  Opinions and commentary wanted and welcome as always. So without further ado, on to the article!!

We’ve all have been guilty of leaving the odd bit dodgy of food in the fridge. But an office worker opened the hell hole of unhygienic fridges. When the office worker who works for AT&T opened the fridge full of rotten food, produced a smell so noxious that seven co-workers had to be hospitalised. The stench was so powerful the fire brigade had to be called in to evacuate the AT&T office in San Jose and a hazardous materials team was called in.When the crew arrived on site, they found an unplugged fridge, which had been moved to a conference room. Brimming with rotten and mouldy food. When the cleaner started to clean the fridge the chemicals mixed with the festering food, it gave off the stinky plume making 28 people in need of treatment for nausea and vomiting. The cleaner didn’t need treatment as she had no sense of smell due to allergies.

Makes me think of when I worked as an overnight stocker at the inner sanctum (that would be Walmart) and my coworker and I kept noticing this foul stench coming from one of the shelves. We pulled out everything from the shelves and cleaned, but could not get rid of the stink. As time wore on, the stink got worse. It wasn't until three months later when our store was going through a major remodel, that we were finally able to figure out where and what the stink was from. A package of pork chops (or what I'm assuming was pork chops...the package was swollen the size of Texas and several unknown shades of brown, black and green) had been dropped between the shelving units and was marinating that whole entire time. Needless to say, I left the remodeling and cleaning crew to fuck with that business. The package was on the verge of exploding. I wasn't about to go near that shit.

Oh dear God that had to smell awful!! I am a lover of pork and I have had things go south in my fridge before but never more than a few days out... Never out in the open for months the thought alone makes me feel light headed.

And I don't blame you for steering way clear of that nasty shit...fuck that noise.

It smelled like rotten inner ass...so, so disgusting. The only people that could've placed it there was either a customer or a pissed off coworker. Either way, that business was gross and damn near made me not want to eat pork for a month, and I live and die by the pig.

I too adore pork (it's my favorite meat) but I think that would have turned me off of it for a while too. *shudders at the thought of what that had to smell like*

I would have been ready to choke the person responsible.
