Mysteriously lost 2.4 lbs this week. I've been eating a lot of fresh fruits and veggies and drinking very little coffee and creamer. Still, I'd had cake and ice cream on the weekend and had half of a personal pan pizza Wednesday. Plus, Thursday night, I had one of those chicken/broccoli/fettucini microwave dinners. I figured that would have shown up on the scales, but I still weighed less!
