I'm lousy with names - just ask my daughter, she hates hers. But for what it's worth, how about either The Happy Pagoda, Ho Lee Chow (a real restaurant, now out of business), or Ling's Jade Garden. Hmm. That last one sounds more like a house of ill repute, doesn't it?
